The Xn3 Networks Partnership was formed in early 2008 by Frank MacDonald and Iain Kay as a "Web Presence Management Company" providing services such as dedicated server management, virtual private servers and shared web hosting solutions.

Respect Training and Consultancy recently commissioned Frank MacDonald to design and host our new website. Frank is currently studying Web Design & Development at The University of Abertay Dundee. This course will help Frank become a successful web designer/developer, able to create rich, dynamic and innovative Internet applications either on his own or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Frank was awarded a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Abertay Dundee. This course gave Frank a clear understanding of how complex organisations work, particularly in a world where change is the only constant. Frank studied a range of subjects needed to work as a manager in today's business world.

Frank attended Broughton High School Edinburgh where he studied Business Management & French to Advanced Higher level. PC Passport, Geography, Chemistry & English to Higher Level. Physics, Mathematics & Home Economics to Standard Grade Level. He also achieved national qualifications in Making Moral Decisions & Moral Issues in Technology. Furthermore, Frank received commendations for his participation in Challenge Enterprise 2006, Young Enterprise Scotland 2004 - 2005, Business Dynamics 2005 & Business Dynamics 2003.
